O mecanismo de desbaste deste equipamento é uma estrutura de cinta abrasiva de largura ampla. O mecanismo de cinta abrasiva é disposto em uma direção ampla e longitudinal. Ele adota um mecanismo de elevação e deflexão da cinta abrasiva. Pode facilmente realizar desenho de alta precisão, perfuração e curvatura de rebarbas duras na superfície da peça. A cinta abrasiva gira em alta velocidade, acionada pelo rolo de moagem, para desenhar, polir e desbastar a superfície da peça.
